Advance preparation,

Require a pre-order for parties at or above the size you choose. Apply the rule with or without an experience and set how many hours before arrival the choices must be completed.
The confirmation and booking email show the link and deadline, so the booker can return to the same place to complete or update the party’s choices.

Can pre-orders apply only to larger parties?
Yes. Set the minimum party size and deadline for your venue. The rule works with ordinary reservations and bookings linked to an experience.
Who enters and changes the choices?
The lead booker completes and updates the pre-order through the booking confirmation. They can share a downloadable menu with the party.
Are pre-orders included?
Yes. Pre-orders are part of the HammondBookings plan at £49 + VAT per site per month, on a rolling monthly subscription.
Do I need a POS integration?
No. Pre-orders work in standalone HammondBookings. You can add a native HammondPOS connection where it suits the venue.
Can we also take a booking deposit?
Yes. Optional booking deposits and prepayments use your connected Stripe account under the booking payment policy you configure.
