Who is responsible
DRH24 Limited is the controller for information used to administer service accounts, provide support, secure the service and manage customer relationships. Venues normally control their guest and reservation information; DRH24 Limited processes it on their behalf to provide HammondBookings.
Booking and account information
Information can include business and staff account details, guest names and contact details, party size, booking date and time, table allocation, visit status, accessibility or highchair requirements, service notes, booking communications and payment-provider references. Venues should record only information necessary for the booking and service.
How it is used
Information is used to operate and secure accounts, apply permissions, manage availability and reservations, support walk-ins, allocate tables, communicate about visits, provide support and meet contractual, accounting, security and legal obligations.
Payments
Booking card payments are processed through the venue’s connected payment provider. The platform associates payment status and provider references with the reservation. HammondBookings does not store complete card numbers, card security codes or online-banking credentials.
Service providers
Information is shared only as required to provide the service, follow the venue’s instructions, protect accounts or meet legal obligations. Hosting, communications, support and payment providers handle information needed for their service.
Retention and requests
Operational information is retained while needed to provide the service and in accordance with the venue’s instructions. Security, payment, accounting and audit records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes. Guests should contact the venue first about reservation information or an access, correction or deletion request. We assist venues with appropriate requests.
This marketing website
This website does not load an advertising tag, analytics tracker or embedded support widget. The enquiry helper prepares an email in your mail app; it does not submit the entered details to a website server. Following a link to the operational app uses that service’s account and session controls.
